I began in entrepreneur field at 2014, when I started up, with two University friends, my first own company, was called The 5th. Avenue. This proyect is left out along the last three or four years; It was a comunication and marketing agency . Now I´m in a more personal project: MCabanyes. In MCabanyes we work different fields: my profile as ''influencer'' with disability, and on the other hand, all about accesible comunication, insclusive marketing and accesible graphic design. We are a team formed by three or four people in each sector specialities.

Regarding to my motivation factors, they were several: I already was ''Comunity Manager'' of some clients, but I then i started to suffer from cancer in my right leg, and the problems started. Just in that moment, two of my best friends were fired and we said:''ok, let´s join our forces and let´s start up a marketing and comunication agency'' and we tried it; The truth is that I´ve always wanted to be my own boss, because I think that it´s very hard to be an entrepreneur but in this way you have more freedom to be able to show what you're capable to do and although it´s a non-stop effort, I think It is worth. So, we decided join our forces and we started up it and the truth is that from then, I haven´t stopped being an entrepreneur and every often I attend more events about entrepreneurship, specially about entrepreneurship and disability'', from what I´ve ended being mentor and coach in the '' Chair of the Rey Juan Carlos I University'', with ''Konecta Foundation'':entrepreneurship

We are a team formed by three or four people in each sector specialities.

I think they are those of almost every entrepreneurs have: When you are going to start up and you have an idea, I mean, what steps should you follow?, where do you have to go? Once you have your idea and your economic study done, ok, now I have to register as self-employed but.... I have no loney;let´s try to low cost and so: there are some grants, some supports... sometimes I think that our easiest topic is the economic plan, because the truth is that we only need a computer and an office where to work, because we work online, so in general, the difficulties are: First of all, the unknown phase and later the economic phase.

I think that the most important things are the will, the strenth, the enthusiasm and the optimism. You have to wake up everyday knowing that there is an opportunity and that when the night fells down and you come into your bed, maybe you haven´t reached anything, but, you will have to get up one more time with the same enthusiasm, you have to be constant, very disciplined. So the will, the strenth and the liveliness are the most important things, because it can be very hard You have to know that when you become entrepreneur this doesn´t mean to get rich; It means to work in what you like although you will win less money.

take just now a paper, a pen and write your idea; start to develop it from now from zero, make yourself a ''brain storming'', a conceptual map with all the words you could think about that idea and develop it, because I can tell you: sometimes people think it is a failure or even you can think it at the beggining, but if you manage to turn it around and find your market niche, you can succeed. But remember: perseverance, sweat, work and little money. I really encourage you to your bussiness dream and go on!.
