The conference has presented 100Mirrors INC project and its results: state of the art, best practices in mentoring, coaching, work-place learning possibilities, guides and their E-versions that will be available on e-learning platform and how it will improve the number of coaches, mentors, trainers and women with disabilities that use it, during project life span and after. The goal of the conference was to inform members of target groups about the project and to involve them in the incoming pilot. 20 participants in the conference has participated. The conference was organised early in the project life span for a better
dissemination.
