Spending a lot of time in hospitals in Malta and abroad meant I had to miss a lot of school. It was very challenging to remain motivated to study and stay up to speed with school work.

I got my first computer when I was 8 years old and have been a computer geek ever since, so it was only natural for me to choose a career path in I.T. The support I had from my mother, who persevered through all the hardships with me and made sure I never gave up.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and have worked in the I.T. sector for the last 11 years.
